Its about #*$((@& time that someone sued NSI over this.  4 years is WAY
too long to keep a domain out of circulation.

What I want to know about kam.com is why its active although it expired 4
years ago? also the fact that its been updated in '99!  

This guy has a VERY valid case, IMHO and I expect to see NSI forced to
turn over a list of expired domain names in the court proceedings (or this
guy is paid off somehow which seems unlikely)
