A while back, I registered a portal style domain name with the intention of
making it a portal site for a project we're working on.
Shortly afterwards, I began registering other domains that would be useful
for the project, and noticed that they had begun to disappear (where they
were previously available). I snapped up what I could, but still missed a
few that I would have liked.
The timing of the others disappearing struck me at the time as being a
little more than coincidence, but I don't have the time or patience (they're
not *that* crucial to me) to go see who registered them all and try to
figure whether they are simply squatting or not...
