Go to "View Orders in Progress".  Find the domain in question and click on
the domain's link.  On the following view page at the bottom there should
be a link.

If the link is not there then it means the Admin has already
approved/declined the transfer, OR our system hasn't parsed the whois
information correctly and an internal Admin must do it (this can take
24-48 hours after an order is posted).
