NSI has not done this, ever, not once. What would make you think they
would?
I mean, come on, there are plenty of legitimate things to bash NSI
about without resorting to theoretical near impossibilities that has
not happened once in the near 8 months or so that this billing issue
has been around. If it was going to happen, Terry, it would have
happened long ago.
