I know it's been asked before, but I searched the site, and my archives of
the list and just couldn't find the answer - must be something about
Thursday mornings:) .. So please excuse this old question.
When a domain is up for renewal, does OpenSRS contact the RSP or the Domain
Admin Contact or the Domain Billing Contact ?? Or a combination of all
three, or something else?
If OpenSRS contacts the domain owner, do we (the RSPs) have any control over
the content of the email?
Sorry, I *KNOW* it's been answered on-site, but my library-usage skills
elude me today :)
