A registrant must agree to CIRA's terms for every different registrant
profile created with CIRA. If one registrant profile has 10 domain orders,
then the registrant will be required to agree to CIRA's terms once. If the
10 domains each use a different registrant profile (but have the same
administrative email address) then the registrant will need to agree to the
terms ten times.
