It already is.

http://manage.opensrs.net and http://resellers.opensrs.net
both display SSL-encrypted content within an invisible frame.
The Browser won't display the padlock icon because the outer
frame isn't secure, but the site itself is.

For reassurance, you could use https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/~vpop/manage
or https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/~vpop/resellers to get
to the "raw" content without a wrapper frame.

I suggest OpenSRS should encrypt the RSP login section or even the domain
management section. The RSP login section is the most critical and should be
made more safe.
