Don't you think a better way to answer this type of question is to direct
them to http://www.opensrs.org/b.html and let them research and find the
answer themselves?

If they can't answer a basic question like this, how can they provide
service to their clients?

Of course I realize that you wish to sign up as many RSPs as possible to
increase your market share, but I do think you should at least have some
minimum standards to ensure the potential RSP understands enough about the
basic process to provide customer support to their clients.

Now I'm waiting on their email to ask you "What is a RWI".

You can do this through the RWI - click on "View Active Domains" - then the
name in question, the scroll to the bottom of the screen.
