You can have (theoretically) as many boxes as you can afford for an
infrastructure.  We push hard on limiting IPs as it IS for your own
security - but if you wish to authorize us to open up several dozen small
subnets across several different data centers and colocation facilities -
we're more than happy to oblige.

So yes - you can have multiple sites...  we already have several OpenSRS
resellers doing a similar thing.
