Dear Sir
I have encountered some problems when I am going to launch my domain
name registration website. The website can't register domain name and
return the error messages as follows:-
(a) Authentication error: Authentication failed; or
(b) Unable to establish socket.
Following these error messages, the program can't go ahead for
registration. I have read through all the FAQs and follow all the possible
step for solving this problems but they can't do so.
I have tried these:
1.
Go to: http://resellers.opensrs.net/
Select "Regenerate Private Key".
You need to do a copy-and-paste of this alphanumeric string into your
OpenSRS.conf file
2.
i make sure there were no leading or trailing spaces within the quotation
marks
3.
there are NO port restrictions on your server, or on your firewall
4.
I have only submit one IP address to OpenSRS through
http://resellers-test.opensrs.net/ which is my subnet address
*** However, my OpenSRS client software scripts is located on another IP
address
Would you please advise me whether any other reasons will probably
result the above error and what is the solutions.
