My <limited> understanding of the working of MDNS are ... if you register a
"RACE" encoded name in the current namespace, you're basically just getting
bq-whatever.com as your domain. It will not resolve as a truly encoded
name. Only names registered via the MDNS Registry (going live soon?) will
have resolution...
As far as I understand things in my little bubble over here :)

incorporate permutations bq-$1$2$3 and use the internic.
in any case - I'm publishing the list shortly. I put it up for auction in
the biz-ops lists just to see if anyone wanted it and how much they would
pay. Did not get any offers for it.
There seems to be alot of confusion with respect to RACE - and now we have
IBM and the RACE guy just publishing another standard called LACE - but
both use the bq-- prefix. Both look the same.
If anyone here has a good understanding of what is going on or you can
give me urls to opensrs where it has discussions concerning this - i'd be
interested in looking further into this. Sounds like something I would
incorporate into dot.god next year and subcontract it to someone in the
wild.
