Ok, we finnally got the uk domain version of opensrs all set up (after
manually modifing about 1100 lines of code in our altered reg_system.cgi
file. Is there a form or something we have to fax to get set up for
this? If you register a .co.uk, etc. domain it complains after you submit
the registration that we aren't allowed to register domains on that TLD.
