All transfer orders or just .ca pre-reg. which show up as a transfer?
Oh man, I hopw it's just the latter. I "nagged" a customer this past week by
sending 2 emails gently reminding him that the confirmation/owner approval
hadn't been done yet and then another that it was too late and it would
fail. Next thing I know it was in my completed list... I guess that explains
why, but doesn't make me look good, eh?

We can cancel .ca pre-reg if we want to? Or we need to do it because the
status is wrong?

There is currently a bug in our RWI that is reporting incorrect status
information for transfer orders. We are aware of this bug, and will have
it fixed shortly. This does not affect the integrity of the order
itself. We apologize for the inconvenience.

A notes for RSPs handling .ca registrations:
- you can now cancel pre-registrations "pending owner approval" - just
look at "orders in progress", then click on the order, then click
"Cancel Prereg" at the bottom of the page
