I suppose everyone at OpenSRS has gone home for the night.. ugh.. I can't register ML domains at all, no matter what I do, I get an error back stating that registrations with that encoding are not allowed at this time. I was FINALLY able to connect to the web interface, but only Standard English is allowed as an option.. My own scripts (client 2.22) have the Japanese option, everything works fine right up until the point where it attempts to go and register the domain..
