Thank you Colin :)
Yes, new languages are up to ICANN and NSI Registry - it's completely out of
our control. When/if new languages are released we will do everything in
our power to offer the new features to you.
And, for ccTLDs, we're working on it. Once we have some definitive
timelines you will all be notified of what ccTLDs and when and how much and
where to go and how to do it and (etc...). In the meantime, if you have a
specific ccTLD you'd like to see, let me know. I can make no guarantees
currently on providing these ccTLDs for you, but at least I'll be aware of
what you, the channel, is looking for.
No need in bugging the list about it. :)
Again, thank you Colin :)

Matters could get so confusing at work that it is actually laughable.

Subject: RE: MLDN and new ccTLDs
Every fifth question* seems to be "When will you start accepting
domain names in <insert_language_here>, and when will you offer
domains in the <insert_ccTLD_here> namespace?"
For the record (and Charles/Scott are free to correct me) ...
1. the language issue is up to ICANN, not Tucows
2. the ccTLD issue is up to Tucows, and they have repeated said
that new ccTLDs will be added in the future, but there are no
definitive timelines to announce yet.
Maybe an FAQ entry on the OpenSRS site is in order? (Like anyone
would read it anyway, but ...)
