Sugestion: E-Mail Pending Clients

One sugestion to the system would be to allow to e-mail all clients that
have pending domains asking them if they want to actually go ahead with the
registration or not.

A more general system would be in the search system allow us to e-mail the
returned domains with any message we wanted.

This way we could search for example, for pending domains and e-mail those
clients.
