Doing a "mass-manage" of nameservers is in the works, in the meantime if you
run your own client code, we have a version supplied to us by another
reseller in the unsupported directory. It's based on codebase v2.0.1, and
will allow you to change up to 50 at a time. You could also go directly to
the reseller's site (this has been mentioned in the dev-list - it's in the
archives) at http://www.wholesaleurl.com

I got two suggestions for manage.opensrs.net:
1. when I switch a domain, please don't change the screen example: I
switch a domain in Admin Contact screen. After switching, I am back in
the main menu. But I want to be in the Admin Contact screen of the new
domain :-)
2. please support a "mass-change" of nameservers, like I can
"mass-change" contacts by marking "All Domains".
