There was a routing problem downtown Toronto for a few hours this
afternoon which is likely causing mail problems... NOW, the mailing lists
(etc) are not at our office location (which was affected), but I have not
been able to fully determine if other systems were affected as well...
Mails are probably in queues bouncing around the ether and will show up
'whenever'...
