Changing nameserver problem

I can not change nameservers for a .ca domain. When I try to change the
nameserver for this domain, I get the following error:

Error Page

Unable to add nameserver: Registry error, domain's nameservers not updated
[Command not implemented]

This happens through my own management interface as well as the one at
manage.opensrs.net .

Anyone else having this problem?
