We'll be releasing a new version of the manage domain interface and scripts
soon....it should be sometime next week, barring any other new CIRA
emergencies....thanks for you patience with this so far, and please remember
that we didn't receive the complete 'modify domain' specification from CIRA
until far too late to have this ready before now.
