Are you using IE5? I have the same problem during the daytime ET with IE5
(at both resellers.opensrs.net and manage.opensrs.net) but in late afternoon
from here in PT the problem deminishes. At the same time as I have
difficulty with IE5, I can however gain immediate access using Netscape 4.7.
OpenSRS support quietly acknowledges unknown difficulty(s) with IE5.
