... DNS problem.
I registered a .ca domain name as soon as my pre-registration was processed
by Look Communications and I received my notice from CIRA to go and complete
the procedures on the site.
Then, when I wanted to transfer the domain to my current hosting provider...
Something didn't go right.
Look's technical support told me that manage.opensrs.net would work starting
from Friday. So, yesterday, I went to that page to change DNS information in
order to get the domain to be fully active for the Web, e-mail and stuff.
When I tried to log in, I typed the username and password I had chosen when
registering, but that doesn't work at all. I tried from all the browsers I
could, and it gave me the same result. There is always an authentication
problem, and I'd be surprised if I made a mistake myself.
Is there an issue with manage.opensrs.net or is the problem on my side ?
What should I do ?
