The only way to get realtime access (without the OpenSRS interface/client
code) is to become ICANN accredited, or get affiliated with another ICANN
accredited Registrar that allows realtime queries.

Subject: Re[2]: Which WHOIS server does OpenSRS query?

Hi Charles,
Hi William,

thanks for your feedback. The problem with rs.internic.net (AKA
whois.crsnic.net) is, that domains are not shown real-time, because of

">>> Last update of whois database: Fri, 17 Nov 2000 22:01:01 EST <<<"

> OpenSRS doesn't use whois, it uses a real time interface to the

How can one get access to that? :) How can I see a domains
availability in real time (w/o the OpenSRS interface)?

Thanks,
Florian
