.ca real-time yet?

Quick question: Are .CA domains being registered in "real-time" yet? It
*seems* like it, as domains get a status of "processed" pretty quick.
For example, if someone registers a .CA through opensrs, then someone at
some other registrar does the same name 30 seconds later what happens?
