serious .CA concerns

Hi,

I have found two domains now that show a status of completed, and are
accessible through the RWI and through the customer domain management,
but have been *cancelled* by CIRA for failure to complete the
authorization/confirmation process. The domains in question now show as
available through CIRA, but can't be registered through OpenSRS.

What's going on here? Seems like there is a serious breakdown in the
accuracy of the database.
