Welcome to the club....
we've actually stopped taking .CA registrations for all but those customers
that we have a VERY close relationship with, and we let them know that CIRA
is incompetent, and ineffective.
Not a great answer, but at least you now know that you're not alone.
I've lost 4 on 1 day.. and others on a daily basis.
