Exactly. From a joint venture, consisting of the Union of North-American
Cattle Breeders (HQ: Florida), and the Equal Rights for Northern Mammals and
Birds Front (the guys who also invested in RedHat).

ps: Cattle breeders claimed fraud later, saying that they were present a
misleading brochure; they were to invest in NetSol, and they associated the
term "domain name registration" with the later company rather than Tucows.
(The petition was withdrawn after Q2, 2000, though.)
