Yep, I second that emotion. Of all of the business partners and vendors
I've worked with, OpenSRS is by far the best in terms of responsiveness and
in their perspective on how to help their business succeed by helping mine
succeed.
These guys aren't perfect (are any of us?), but they are honest, open and
upfront about what's going on. They respect their resellers and acknowledge
their intelligence, and don't try to belittle you by making up stories if
something goes wrong.

Interesting. I put quite a bit of effort into promoting
that plan and was supported exceedingly well by OpenSRS.
All of my payment info is laid out quite nicely in the RWI,
including rebate payments.
I've never dealt with a more professional, courteous group
of folks on the web. Bar none.
I've been in management consulting for 15 years have an MBA -
I've seen a lot of business models come and go. I would be understating
the issue by saying I am exceedingly pleased and impressed with
Tucows/OpenSRS.
They take care of people. I don't know what the story is with
your situation, but I'd bet if you lay it all out for them
(off list, naturally), they WILL take care of you.

I don't think OPENSRS will do anything about their prices in fact they still
owe me rebates for 76 domains from their transfer promotion that they are
screwing with me about.
I think it may be time to look elsewhere if you want a better deal.
Their customers service really sucks, I've got 10 emails to them and all I
get is "we are looking into it".

Or how about another transfer promotion to compete with Bulkregister's
renewal promotion? I have quite a few domain names registered with
Bulkregister that are coming up for renewal soon. I had planned to transfer
most of them to OpenSRS before they expired, but now Bulkregister is running
a renewal promotion (probably to head off just such plans) and I have to
think again!
