I had more or less ceased following up, given that all we ever got was
assurances that 'this invoice has now been cancelled'.  ICANN basically said
'for results, talk to NSI directly' and NSI said 'sure, it's taken care of'.
I think they'll probably keep doing it until nobody pays them.

Please include *detailed* information about what happened, including
transfer dates, invoice dates, etc. The more complete your submissions to me
are, the more quickly I can deal with them.
