It's the cost of doing business.  This may not be the best analogy but...

"Customer walks into store.  Customer purchases subscription to lewd
magazines with credit card.  Customer leaves store.  One magazine gets
delivered to PO box.  Card bounces.  Subscription cancelled"

Do you want the rest of the subscription?  Truly?  Is it useful to you in
any way shape or form other than a vanity check to show that you beat a
potential "criminal"?
