Domain transfers typically take less than 2 weeks, and the Admin should be
notified almost immediately upon the RSP processing the order.
If you, as the Admin contact listed in the domain, have not received
anything you should verify the order (if you are the RSP), or contact your
RSP and have them verify the order's status.
