Subject: ICANN Accreditation Page

When customers want to check on OpenSRS's ICANN accreditation, they often
go to the page at:

  http://www.icann.org/registrars/accredited-list.html

Two problems:

1. It says "Tucows.com, Inc." instead of "OpenSRS". Ideally, it would be
better if it said OpenSRS; I already have enough trouble trying to
explain to the customers who OpenSRS is, without having to also explain
that it's not actually listed under that name with ICANN.

2. The "Tucows.com, Inc." link points to "http://names.tucows.com/",
which is a bad link.

The two of these combined made one of my customers very suspicious of my
business today.

I know that the OpenSRS home page says that they're owned by Tucows and
accredited. But there needs to be a way to confirm it from the other
direction, starting at the ICANN page.

It would be nice if OpenSRS could contact ICANN and get it fixed ASAP.
