If you wish to register Multilingual names, you must contact
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and inform them of the languages you'd like to
support.
Then you must enter the domains IN the language, with the proper encoding
type selected (it's quite self explanatory, once you have the ability) -
and TADA!!
It helps if you understand the language, making a mistake here could be
costly :)
