Mass changes are not possible with the default OpenSRS code base. However,
one of our resellers has created a modified manage.cgi which you can use:

This is based on v2.0.1 of the client code, so a 2.0.1 OpenSRS.conf file and
libraries are required.

Click on Manage, login, go to Nameservers and the option is there to change
multiple nameservers at once.
ALL the domains have to be in the same profile, you can only do 50 at a time
:)
