This shoud be fairly easy to fix actually. I suspect its in the cgi/perl code, where a 
common 'catchall' bit of code looks for
characters outside the 'standard' ascii set - meaning its looking for binary, or virus 
- things.  It should be fairly easy for the
programmers to map in those non-english language letters and let them through. Just 
part of the regex pattern.
