That's correct.  The client accepts the CC number as a convenience, but it's
never passed to the server and, absent specific changes on the client side,
nothing is ever done with it.

Just sanity checking here:
I've just gone live and have not yet modified my internal clients to not
do the CC Validation, hence I'm entering real CC Numbers in a bunch of

registrations that I've had pending on my desk for a while (so I wouldn't

OpenSRS/Tucows is NOT handling cc clearance, right? The numbers are just
getting logged locally and I can delete all that, just ack. the
registrations
and go on my merry way with no ugly surprises at the end of the month.

Right?
