Not having read the document yet myself, Ibelieve that the account ID and
secret ID are the ones that are provided by CIRA when the domains
registration is confirmed with them...( remember the billion and half clicks
to 'I agree'...'I agree'... and then at the end they give this wonderful
*secret* password and ID.
I havent read the document yet ( but thats what this sounds like to me ). But
with .ca, who knows.....
