Login (Manage Domain), go to Nameservers, and there's a link to change
multiple nameservers at once.
This will only allow you to change 50 at a time, and ALL the domains must
be in the same management profile.
You can use this in a pinch while you're implementing the modified 2.0.1
client (mentioned below by Erol...).
We'll be adding this functionality to our client code in the new year.
