You only need to upgrade to 2.23 if you need the .ca management or the
renewal functionality that's been placed in the client/API.
That being said, with all things you should only upgrade if you will
benefit from the features/bug fixes in the release :) That being said, if
you're not gaining anything, then you can afford to wait :)
