Christmas Eve Fatal Server Errors OPENSRS

I already emailed support but it appears that production servers
for resellers.opensrs.net are down

we see fatal error messages

As we were approving orders this am, one order was completely deleted
from the system

Hopefully someone is in this am to fix it.
