Calling all programmers and server admins! I've created a project at
Sourceforge:

There is no code yet, just an introductory document in the forum with some
preliminary ideas I sketched out which outline how we might go about
creating a Perl-based system which would not require sql and would enable
domain forwarding either on a per-user or per-domain basis...

Your ideas, enthusiasm, and skills are needed for this open source project!
If you have Perl programming or server administration experience, please
consider registering at Sourceforge and becoming a member of this project.
