I am running on WIn2000 and I installed Active Perl 5.6 for IIS then I
started with the modules; first the Digest::MD5, then Blowfish_PP and after
Crypt::CBC. I got to the XML::Parser I have a problem due to the Expat
requirement. I cannot get the expat to install. Has anyone successfully
installed it on win200 and if so could you let me know what I'm doing wrong?
I found one mention of expat in a earlier email but there was no follow-up:

Expat is needed for the installation.
I downloaded the Expat_win32bin_1.95.1 wich contains two files
(expat.h and expat_1_95_1.dll).
I'm using regsvr32.exe to install the files and it's returning
this message:
"Dllname was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer or
DllUnregisterServer entry point was not found."
Is it possible to add this setting manually to registry?
Is there another way to do this?
