Hello Jennifer,
Less than 24 hours to get into the gtld-servers. Sometimes another 48
hours is required for the cached data containing the delegations to
expire in nameservers which have queried for that name in the 24-48
hours prior to the update in the gtld-servers.
The update takes place in the registry instantly, however. Whois
follows whenever they get around to conducting a whois database
update. OpenSRS's registrar whois database is updated instantly.
