I had the same problem, I had to upgrade the version of perl to the latest.
Did the install of Unicode::Map go smoothly? I had to "hack" it in before I
upgraded.

This looks to me like the Unicode::Map Perl module is not installed. You
can get it from CPAN. You'll need to install Unicode::String, too.
