If you're trying to switch names, but keep the same IPs, you CAN do this
if both domains are in the same profile. Done this before with another
reseller a while back. They were trying to change "NS1.THISCOMPANY.COM"
to "NS1.THEOTHERPLACE.COM", but maintain the same IP space.
Only have to do the change in one spot, and the system (and registry) will
take care of the rest. Must be in the same OpenSRS domain profile though
:)
