You have to notify OpenSRS Support of the following information:

a) Domain name
b) Your Reseller account
c) Domain Profile information (either associated with an already
established domain, or new u/p combo)

Since Nominet is authoritative for contact information for a domain name,
we have to query their systems and enter the domain into our database
based on what they provide.  Currently this is not automated (already
spec'd out, mostly coded, should be in production within a week-ish) so
while the domain may point to Tucows you cannot manage the contact
information quite yet.

There is no charge for a Tag transfer afaik
