I think you would be surprised.  The quality can be quite good.  I've
even done streaming mp3 to listeners on 56k dialup just fine.

I wouldn't as quickly discount this, there are a lot of inexperienced
users who are shying away from file trading because of the worry that
they could get sued by the recording companies for using Napster (I
know, its an unreasonable fear, but it's there nonetheless when I've
spoken with people, including an ex-telephone tech support guy from
Symantec).

Especially since they are also offering it to you for syndication to
other sites that host with you as well.
