Very good news !

One question :
Will conbination of, for example, cyrillic and ASCII symbols
be accepted ? Something like ïðèâåòname.com ?(ïðèâåò mean hello in russian)

And one more, i can't find nothing about this on NSIregistry site...
Is this under NDA ? Or it was not announced yet ? Can i start to promote
new features ?
