Hello,

I think I posted a note here when we first discovered this. OpenSRS
support had confirmed it was a problem and the developers were working on
it. We just discovered the problem still exists. I would suggest that
all RSP's that are processing renewals to audit all of the renewals you
have done to make sure the expiration date is being set correctly.

Here is an excerpt of the message I just sent to OpenSRS support:

We reported this problem a few weeks ago. It looks like it hasn't been
fixed yet. Note that it appears this problem only occurs if the renewal
is processed when a domain is on hold. We haven't audited all of our
renewals yet, so I cannot confirm this as a fact.

>From the notes for the domain:

Renewal made: Mon Feb 19 13:21:33 2001
pre-renewal expiredate: 2002-02-17 16:41:08
renewal term: 2
post-renewal expiredate: 2002-02-17 16:41:08.0

The correct pre-renewal expiredate was 2001-02-17
After adding 2 years, the correct post-renewal expiredate would be 2003-02-17

Regards,
Bill
