Hi All, Does anyone know the procedure for putting a stop/hold on a domain name. This relates to a payment issue that was unauthorised.. As we can't take the year off the domain name we can't simply refund the amount.. without loosing out.. we need some way to recoup the monies we are now owed.. or will soon.
